Malaysian to buy a spacecraft Soyuz???

Hai, long time no see. I just finished my breakfast and enjoying reading today's news from Star online. I was astonished having read that the government is thinking of buying Soyuz because the Rusian intended to sell the spacecraft. What??? Are we crazy or moron. "He also revealed that Russia has offered to sell the Soyuz spacecraft, which carried Dr Sheikh Muszaphar to space, to Malaysia.
Dr Jamaludin said he was in the midst of gathering feedback from people on whether the spacecraft should be bought before presenting the proposal to the Cabinet.
He told the MPs to support the proposal and discuss the issue in the Dewan Rakyat.
“I would gather feedback first to see whether the people are for it and whether the price offered is good before making any proposal to the Cabinet,” he said.
Dr Jamaludin said the purpose of doing so would be to sustain the interest of the younger generation in space for a longer time by enabling children to have a chance to take a look at the spaceship".

This what was claimed by Dr. Jamaludin Jarjis. I dont know what is in the mind of the MP. Be realistic and relevant. What are we going to do with the spacecraft anyway and where are we going to put it. Are we going to make it as another white elephant and finaly become a muzium or monument just to inform the world that we are the nation that been to the space? Come on...There are lot and plenty of things to do. Be clear with our objective please...... Today we are fighting with the raise of consumer products and what is the solution? No action to curb the situation at all. That what I believe.
